In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Flint & Flame purchase, Flint & Flame will make every effort to resolve the issue including taking (but not limited to) the following actions…

Flint & Flame will, as a matter of course, make every effort to reach an agreement that is satisfactory to all parties.

Flint & Flame will make arrangements for the disputed product to be collected and returned to us. Flint & Flame may choose to examine a photograph, of any fault or issue, the customer can provide by text or e-mail to review and expedite a resolution.

Flint & Flame will conduct a speedy review of the product and make any recommendation considered necessary.

Flint & Flame will liaise with you in the anticipation of reaching a satisfactory resolution.

Flint & Flame will, if necessary, exchange items, however this process will be conducted just once. If the exchanged item continues to be considered unsatisfactory you will have the following three options:

  1. Partial refund or other compensation on a case-by-case basis as a final resolution.
  2. Full refund with Flint & Flame arranging for collection of goods.
  3. With knife sets, should the fault or defect relate to one or a few of the knives in the set, Flint & Flame will replace the knives individually.

Flint & Flame will keep you advised with the status of the warranty process with regular contact by e-mail or telephone. The above does not affect your statutory rights.

Like all good knives, Flint and Flame knives are never to be placed in a dishwasher and only to be hand washed then immediately hand dried.

Hazard Warranty:

If destroyed by fire, flood, storm, earthquake, misuse, commercial application, neglect, accident or altered in any such was that its performance is affected, it will be replaced for ½ of the current retail price plus S/H*.

* All prices are subject to change. A Returns Authorisation number (RA) is required in the unlikely event a return is necessary: please return in a box with proper packaging material. Contact Flint & Flame to obtain a RA number. Flint & Flame cannot be held liable for merchandise damaged in transit caused by improper packaging.
